Returns: Any return must be made within 30 days of purchase.   When returning an item you must also include the original invoice (or a copy) for that item and a letter explaining the reason for the return.  Items that are returned which are not defective are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Defective items will be replaced or refunded upon request.   Call our toll free number for your authorized return material number.

Damages: Delivery of the merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the delivering carrier.   If possible, inspect the package when the delivery driver is present.  Have the driver make note of any damage.   In the event of damages, contact the delivering carrier immediately, and follow their instructions for making a damage claim.  Do not return the package to us.   If these instructions are not followed, the carrier may not allow a damage claim and the loss will become the responsibility of the customer.
