Clester's Auto was the brain child of  Bob and Karen Clester, owners of   Carolina Custom Rubber, which has been a major rubber manufacturer for over 25 years.  Carolina Custom Rubber supplies many major Automotive, Commercial, Industrial, and Architectural companies.   They were also the main suppliers of two of the largest vendors of Chevrolet and Ford passenger cars and trucks.

Clester's Auto was established to offer it's customers the quality weatherstripping they want and deserve, direct from the manufacturer.

Clester's Auto is located in 24,000 square foot manufacturing facility on 27 industrial acres.  The geographic location is Rowan County, North Carolina, approximately 3 miles west of  Salisbury on State Highway 70.  The plant contains a complete tool & die shop and manufacturers profile extrusions, compression molding, injection molding, hot & cold splicing, digital cutting and die cutting.   They also have an experienced work force, many employees with 20 plus years in the profile extrusion field.
